Joeparys scam artist
So 2 weeks ago I entered a give away done by 
He claimed to be giving away a level 10 steem monsters card. He pictured the card and the title said win this card. I won and old Joe sent me a level 1 card instead. I let him know the mistake but he didnt correct it at all. Before finding out he had only sent a level 1 card I being grateful for the win of this card valued at $60 offered to send him a card to give away in his next contest. Joe now has the gold card up for sale. Can this guy be anymore of a douchebag. I looked through his post and he does this baitclick switch alot. Karma will get you Joe.
