Silent Partnership - Reliability in a volatile market
Our project connects the real business world WITH the blockchain. Our BATM Token is an ERC20 token that can be used to exchange for our MaaS services and Custodial services. The second, very important part of our concept, is fully legal profit sharing using an investment instrument called a Silent Partnership.

Every investor will get a Silent Partnership Investment Agreement (SPIA) and based on that his or her share of 30% profit sharing over any and all of the company’s profits. The exact amount of profit-sharing percentage is calculated by dividing the total raised amount by the invested amount per individual Investor. So, as example, if the Hard Cap of 19 million EUR is reached and an investor invests 1.9 million EUR, the Investor receives (19 million / 1.9 million =) 10% of the 30% profit sharing, hence 3% of the total profit of BatMine for a period of 10 years.

BatMine guarantees to share its profits with investors for a set period of time – monthly until March 2029. Tokens can be exchanged for our services any time
