SPS DAO Treasury Report 11/15/25
The purpose of this post is to update the Splinterlands community and SPS token holders about the SPS DAO Treasury's holdings. The treasury is spread across multiple blockchains and accounts, so links to each wallet will be included to allow readers to validate these holdings. I will aim to make one of these reports monthly for as long as I am the SPS DAO Project Manager unless there is overwhelming demand to create them more frequently.

Notes
I've updated the bridge data for the last two months.
We're currently in the process of powering down $100,000 worth of HIVE to build a HIVE:USDC position on BASE.
I've removed the payroll section as I am now the only person on the DAO's payroll and have transitioned to a fixed monthly rate without a time based duration for my position.
I am looking for a new tool to track the LP for hive-engine since beeswap shut down. I was able to get the position data for now. Still no way to really track fees.
I had to make quite a few changes to adjust for all of the LP changes, so if you see something weird let me know and I'll investigate.
About 83% of the DAO's holdings are in DEC and SPS.
We're down about $200,000 in our non-splinterlands holdings from last month, which some say is the market top for this cycle. Luckily we have already begun to capture value from the BNB pump in stables to hopefully sustain us for a while if that is the case. Whether or not it was a market top will become clear with time.
