The spring season has now begun and the colors and scents invade nature. Among the flowers that I adore the most are the mimosas, very fragrant and with a sweet scent, which really inebriate my mind. The hotter temperatures are increasingly anticipating the flowering period of these wonderful plants and it is no longer rare to see some mimosas already in bloom in the first week of February, when we are in the middle of winter.

A sign that our climate is changing and with it all life which essentially depends on heat and sunlight. When I was younger, I worked off and on in my aunt's flower shop and was mainly responsible for delivering bouquets and keeping the shop tidy and clean. When there were mimosas, I often smelled the flowers and my aunt smiled several times. She adored this healthy habit of mine and in fact it is something singular and wonderful that I still continue to repeat today, but only for the mimosas.

In the countryside, I found a beautiful mimosa tree, and I immediately approached it to smell its scent. Already a few meters away, the sweet scent of mimosas was clearly perceptible. It doesn't surprise me to see bees and other insects wandering around, it is thanks to these animals that plants spread throughout the territory.

I took a lot of photos and I'm sorry I can't share the perfume. Very delicious. Am I the only one who loves mimosas?

La stagione primaverile è ormai iniziata ed i colori e profumi invadono la natura. Tra i fiori che adoro di più ci sono le mimose, profumatissimi e dal sentore dolce, che inebriano davvero la mia mente. Le temperature sempre più calde stanno anticipando sempre più il periodo di fioritura di queste meravigliose piante e non è più raro ormai vedere alcune mimose già in fiore nella prima settimana di febbraio, quando siamo in pieno inverno.

Segno che il nostro clima sta cambiando e con esso tutta la vita che dipende essenzialmente dal caldo e dalla luce solare. Quando ero più piccolo, lavoravo saltuariamente nel negozio di fiori di mia zia e mi occupavo essenzialmente di consegnare mazzi di fiori e di tenere in ordine e pulito il negozio. Quando c'erano le mimose, io spesso annusavo i fiori e mia zia più volte sorrideva. Lei adorava questa mia sana abitudine ed in effetti è qualcosa di singolare e meraviglioso che ancora oggi continuo a ripetere, ma solo per le mimose.

In campagna ho trovato un bell'albero fiorente di mimose, e subito mi sono avvicinato per sentirne il profumo. Già a pochi metri, il dolce sentore di mimose era ben percettibile. Non mi sorprende vedere api ed altri insetti aggirarsi nei dintorni, è merito di questi animali se le piante si diffondono sul territorio.

Ho scattato molte foto e mi dispiace non poter condividere il profumo. Davvero delizioso. Sono l'unico che adora le mimose?
