In these days it is possible to observe a wonderful astral event in the sky: the moon, Jupiter and Venus chase each other in different trajectories creating a magical play of lights in the dark night. For a few hours we witnessed the alignment of the three stars, also known by the name * astral conjunction *, an event that attracted many scholars and astronomy enthusiasts.

Jupiter is the top of all, the Moon is in the center and Venus follows them below. In this phase the planets are very bright, it is easy to see them in the sky even in the city, as long as the sky is clear and free of clouds. The photos taken with my smartphone may not convey the clarity of the planets well, it would take a professional camera, as well as a certain skill.

On March 1, the astral kiss between Jupiter and Venus will take place, another rare and romantic event in which the two celestial bodies will be very close to each other. The planets are well visible in the sky in southern Italy, I'm not sure it's visible everywhere or in other more specific areas.

In questi giorni è possibile osservare nel cielo un meraviglioso evento astrale: la luna, Giove e Venere si rincorrono in traiettorie differenti creando un magico gioco di luci nella notte buia. Si è assistito per poche ore all'allineamento dei tre astri, conosciuto anche con il nome congiunzione astrale, un evento che ha richiamato molti studiosi e appassionati di astronomia.

Giove è quello più in alto di tutti, la Luna è al centro e Venere li segue in basso. In questa fase i pianeti sono molto luminosi, è facile vederli in cielo anche in città, purché il cielo sia limpido e privo delle nuvole. Le foto scattate con il mio smartphone forse non trasmette bene la chiarezza dei pianeti, ci vorrebbe una macchina professionale, oltre ad una certa abilità.

Il 1 marzo avverrà invece il bacio astrale tra Giove e Venere, altro evento raro e romantico in cui i due corpi celesti saranno molto vicini tra loro. I pianeti sono bem visibili nel cielo in sud Italia, non sono certo che sia visibile ovunque o in altre zone più specifiche.
