Sanar significa cortar con lo doloroso, mostrar esa urgencia por ver ese cambio, es difícil, pero todo trae una enseñanza.

En mi caso a sido no repetir lo que me hacen y elegirme a mi misma, para mí sanación, porque no todos podemos elegir sanar, cambiar, dejar eso que nos daña.

Sanar es romper patrones, estructuras, es limpiar lo que daña, es tener ese contacto con la herida que muchas veces nos da temor, porque sentimos dolor.

El dolor que desgasta, pero a su vez me transforma y libera, mi energía habla, porque hay cosas que no se ven pero se sienten.

Todo lo que hoy pasa, también, va a pasar y sin duda se siente más liviano, más tranquilo, con tranquilidad y felicidad que es realmente lo que cuenta.

A veces seguimos buscando respuesta donde no las hay, intentando reconstruir lo que ya está roto, definitivamente no podemos buscar cambios donde no los hay.

Me toca soltar y sanar, confiar y continuar, dejar atrás lo que un día fue y cuidar de mi... ❤️

Healing means to cut with the painful, to show that urgency to see that change, it is difficult, but everything brings a lesson.

In my case it has been not to repeat what they do to me and to choose myself, for me healing, because not all of us can choose to heal, to change, to leave what hurts us

Healing is to break patterns, structures, is to clean what hurts, is to have that contact with the wound that often gives us fear, because we feel pain.

It is my turn to let go and heal, to trust and continue, to leave behind what once was and take care of me... ❤️
