I always look forward to the month of September. My birthmonth is my happiest month of the year, filled with sweet well wishes and little surprises. Until last year, when my father died six days after my birthday. Suddenly, September became the saddest month of the year for me. Now I don't know what to expect anymore. How to celebrate life and death in the same month? As his one-year death anniversary approaches, I know I will never celebrate my birthday like I used to.💔
