Still planting even if summer

Hello to all beautiful hivers and gardeners.

Before I share my activity in the garden, I just want to congratulate all the winners for the wonderful, very challenging, and very motivating contest to all the gardeners here at the hive initiated by @riverflows. Congratulations everyone. 👏👏👏

And four days ago I moved my tomato, eggplant, and pepper to the ground. Even though there's a fear in my heart that it might not survive because it's already summer here. And the weather is very hot and even then I continue to plant. I told myself that I would take double care of it and constantly monitor it.

Before moving my vegetables to the ground I saw a rotten coconut tree and thought it would add fertilizer and be good for the plant. And I immediately took it and put it in every hole in the soil to be planted.

And I planted vegetables in every hole and exactly my mom plucked a banana because the fruit is ripe already I used the banana trunk and cut each length is 1 ruler to make it a shelter for the plants to somehow be protected in the very hot weather. We started covering it with banana trunks at 10 a.m and take off it from 4:30 to 5 p.m. And it's funny because even in this way it also helps new plants that are not too exposed to the sun and are prevented from wilting. And after 3 days of sheltering, they can adjust to the heat of the weather.

And this morning while I was checking my garden I was happy because the plants were also resistant so I was able to add sawdust. And one of the things I was happy about this morning was that my daughter and niece helped me. And they asked me how much sawdust to put in per plant. So I looked at them during the first application of sawdust to tell them that the amount they put in was correct for the next time they already knew the estimate.

And I checked other vegetables. And for my chayote I put wood as a pole because it is crawling already. This one is very healthy and its leaves are already big. The orange color in the leaves is sawdust.

And I noticed that my other chayote is affected by the heat of the weather. We can see that the leaf is turning yellow and withered a little so I am stressed about it and I am looking for a cure for it.

Are there any suggestions from you guys on how I cure my other chayote? Tell me and I appreciate it so much.

And my string beans are healthy and not too affected by the heat of the weather. The leaf became fat and greener and began to flourish.

As for my spring onions, it is still in the black pot and it is a survivor in the heat of the weather.

And my newly planted lemon grass is slowly putting out new leaves and not beating the heat of the weather.

And I have two ampalaya that suddenly grew and I took care of them because nature gave them to me. I put wood as a pole because it started to creep.

And I still have seedlings left so I told my neighbors if they want to plant, I will give them for free so they can have their gardens.
