confused

Apparently deligating points to Ecency is a good thing to do, what is being delegated, why does ecency want them, what they for, where they come from. And how delegate anyway!
I'm not getting ecency at all feeling more that I'm playing a puzzle game than joining a social media platform.
I thing it's excellent but sure hard to use.
