New applications are emerging to match more efficiently job offers and job seekers.

Hive has the advantage to have a rewarding process to post interesting job offers or CV.
The tags can be used for locations or job offers or companies.

Thousands of Hive members (Bees ?) are working for a company that is looking for new employees.

A community of Job seekers could discuss the interest of all these new tools and help each others to find a job.

Hive would benfits from the registration of thousands of job seekers. Not the perfect Hive investors, but this is a long term project. People will come for a job and stay for another Dapps.
This proposal does not require coding, we already have all the tools available in the Hive tool box: communities, @esteemapp, SMT...
New ventures need marketing and project management.

Project management :

The project manager will have to find designers to design attracting banners, to find writers for Press releases and to manage the community.
A better name and a great logo are welcome.

I am requesting 1,000 SBD/week to work 8 hours per week in 2020 on this project, for a total of SBD 52,000.

Marketing

Google ads is a great tool. This project need ads on the web.
USD 50,000 is requested to ask companies to post their job offers on Hive.
If a web marketing agency accept to be paid in SBD, you are welcome to join this project.
Micro-tasks done by Hive members on Steemgigs could be efficient but Hive members are more ready to do something for this platform if they get some upvotes.

Who am I

I am a numeric tool teacher at Mfr of Vulbens and I am preparing a course about numeric tools to look for a job, for my students.
I think the course is almost ready;)

I am a three year old French Steemian and started a weekly contest to bring back Steem price at $2 in 2020.
I had a lot of fun on this platform, thank’s to the investors and coders who have allow it to happen and met more than 1,685 nice people who have followed me.

The market of Job offers is big and competitive. Companies are spending millions to recruit the best candidates. A canvas for 2021-2023 will be proposed in April 2020.
