Physical 100.. very interesting..

After the huge success of Squid game, netflix is going big on their Korean shows. 100 is a competition in which 100 people with a wide variety of physiques run through a series of challenges. It's pretty exciting to see what body type will prevail, but I think a lot has to do with the mental side of things also, and probably the one who ends up winning just has that determination and toughness to win.. they body attributes will just make it possible or not.

I was shocked at the variety here. There are the huge muscle-bound strong types..

From bodybuilders like this guy and gal..

to Athletes..

to young, fast, agile..

Even some from things like special forces and MMA fighters!

I only got to watch the first 2 episodes so far, but I will definitely be watching the rest when I can. I was going to talk about the ones I saw already, but I'll leave it as a surprise for those that will check it out..
