Music can help the brain but the lyrics or message in every music should be listen to.
Listening to music is not bad for your brain. But, music can alter your mood. That is why we should be mindful of what we listen to.
Music can influence you through the message it has. As a true christian, you should listen to music which will lift your spirit to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Most secular music talks about money, cars, houses, clothings, women.
Most of their videos showcase all these things I mentioned and also includes naked women dancing.
