What positive mindset means to me

It was before that I use to fear failure but as I continue to grow into a woman I have encountered a lot of challenges that has taught me that failure would only make me stronger and wiser , I learnt that no situation is permanent,either happiness or sadness they lasted for a while, their phase will pass overtime,all days won't be rosy. I have learnt to always have a positive mindset in all situations I find myself and that has kept me moving forward even when no hope is certain.

The moment I realized I have no control over a situation that's happening or about to happening,I keep calm and don't beat myself over it,I sees it as part of life hurdles. Today's failure won't is not my entire story, it's just for a while, it's just one chapter our of many. Adopting a positive mindset have taught me that even in bad times, I still have people and things to be greatful for, I look back and thankful for how far I have come because I wasn't there years ago,all was just a thinking just like the present and some have kept manifesting. This heart of gratitude makes my heart feels lighter.

I always tell myself that my struggles has meaning,it's not useless, not that positive mindset will make life easy for me but it has prepared my mind not to give up so easily,it gives me the ability to rise after every fall, to try again after every disappointment.

I won't lie to you,some days comes and it's too overwhelming, my positive mindset might not be able to outweighs it, I break down but what I do is find more strength to my strength,talk out to people that can strengthen my faith ,my believe more and that is why I'm always Greatful to have some people in my life. We might not communicate everyday but once I hear their words, it's strengthen my faith more.

Having positive mindset is not about pretending everything is fine when it is not but the approach to those challenging moments.
