국산 오크통 주문한 것이 왔다.
국내 참나무로 만든 오크통 3.8리터짜리가 도착. 에이징을 위해서 일단 물을 넣고 72시간 기다리는 중.
물을 빼고 나면 저렴한 와인을 넣어서 숙성해 볼 예정.
와인 후엔 위스키를 넣고 숙성.
