The man we called "bikepants"

Here is a short article about a man we call "bikepants" although he didn't have bike pants in the video I took of him. I was told he walks up to young males aged 16 and up with cash in hand asking to hang out. He is quite careful despite buying sex from males some under the age of 18 at the millennium library. He has approached many people I know with money is his hand asking to hang out. One person thought he wanted to buy drugs and asked him further what he wanted and he was careful in what he said but it was appearent that he wanted to buy sex from a stranger he met downtown. Many youth go to the millenium library daily to use the computers. Many of these youth are hooked on meth. We have not seen him at the library for sometime.

Many people are quite content with the meth crisis in Winnipeg as prostitution has become rampant and cheaper.

I post this here and hope someone will recognize him. The library is a little safer now that he is gone. Addicts will not be offered money for sex from this man at the millenium library. Prostitution promotes STD's and fuels addictions and each prostitute is a victim.
