My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2022

Hello beautiful world!
Wishing you a fresh day ahead..
This is my today's actifit report card and today my stepping count is just 8k steps.
It was a beautiful morning with the birds twittering.

There was a tree near the window whose branches had been cut down by some people three months ago. Because of this, the bird did not sit on it in the morning. But in the rainy season, once again the green branches came out in that tree. As early as 5:00 in the morning, the chirping of birds starts on these trees, which shows that it is morning. I woke up hearing birds chirping and decided to complete my exercise yoga.

At evening I was in the market as it was a market day here. Finally finishing my activities with 8k steps that I get by walking, moving around the office and visiting nearby market..
