My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2022

This is my today's actifit report card and today my stepping count is pretty good over 7k steps..
Today morning I get up very late at morning because previous evening I was physically exhausted due to working in my crops field.
It was again very bad day due to Scorching sun. There was no cloud in the sky. Throughout the day son was shining brightly..

Till noon I was at my home afternoon decided to visit mango orchard.. Mango and blackberry is season going on here but yet to ripen. To ripe these mangoes and blackberry badly needed downpour.

When I returned from there it was 5 o'clock at evening and again decided to cultivate my sugarcane crops field..
I worked there over two hours but I could not face scorching sun. Finally decided to take break. After ten years I was working in farm so it was very difficult for me to face scoring sun. It was not my compulsion to work in the fields, rather I was testing myself whether I could work like other people or not.

when I return from my farms I was physically exhausted, taken a cup of tea and after that went for bath. Till then my stepping count reached overs 7k.
Now finishing my activities with 7k steps that I get by walking moving around the mango orchard and working in my farm..
