My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2021

Hope life has been going good for you..
Although I am not very fond of painting, but sometimes for activities I have to do something like this. If we have to tell the student about something, then instead of verbally, if the same thing should be told by putting it in front of the face then it has a special effect. This painting on the black board has been done for this purpose. After intermediate studies, I was very fond of drawing cartoons, but my career was in a different direction. That is why I could not make any effort in this direction, which even today seems to be buried somewhere in my chest. Sometimes I do some kind of silly painting to get rid of this anger. Well they are not that bad either.

Now I have a look at my activities that is pretty good over 7k steps.. it was again a fantastic day but mostly time I suppressed under the burden of work.. one more week will be more tough until I fulfill the task of DBT transfer.
Finishing my activities with 7k steps that I get by walking and moving around the office.. hope you are also having fun..
