My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2019

Hello dear friends!
On the way yesterday, I saw a plant like a creeper, with fangs weeping. The leaves were broad but thorny. Some green fruits were also planted in these plants and some became red by ripening. Although I do not know about this creeper by what name it is called.
But these vines are very harmful plant for agriculture. Because they climb over the crops and destroy the crops. Such creeper plants start appearing just after the rainy season and are destroyed as soon as the kharif crop starts.
Now I have completed my today's actifit exercises session and I am posting it very early because afternoon I have lots of work on steemit blockchain, so I want to reduce my burden of work by posting it early.I mainly raise thiese points at the time of morning that is my physical exercise session for 2 hours.
