Creatures in my backyard
Every day, many things happen in my backyard, so many that sometimes I can't document them all, but this time was different. I had finished my boring chores around the house and decided to play around with my camera for a bit.
I just looked over at the fence and found a very strange little worm covered in spikes. I think that's why there have been so many butterflies lately. Then my neighbor's hen appeared with all her chicks. I now realize that I haven't counted them, which I should have done if I didn't have an aversion to math.
I was also surprised by a couple of little birds that always nest near my house, and for some reason this time they did manage to raise their chicks. This makes me very happy; it seems that my cat finally left them alone.
And the last surprise of the day was this strange creature, eating some strange fruit, but it makes me very curious because I had never photographed a bat before, let alone one feeding. I love nature, but I think they're super ugly. What do you think?

En mi patio cada día suceden muchas cosas, tantas que a veces no las puedo documentar todas, pero esta vez fue diferente. Había terminado las tareas aburridas de la casa y me dispuse a jugar un poco con la cámara.
Fue solo mirar para la cerca y encontrarme con un gusanillo muy raro lleno de pinchos, creo que por eso hay tantas mariposas últimamente. Luego apareció la gallina de mi vecina con todos sus pollitos, que ahora me doy cuenta de que no los he contado, cosa que debía haber hecho, si no tuviera aversión a las matemáticas.
También me sorprendió un par de pajaritos que siempre hacen nido cerca de mi casa, y por alguna razón esta vez sí lograron sus pichones. Esto me pone muy feliz, parece que mi gato al fin los dejó en paz.
Y la última sorpresa del día fue este extraño ser, que se comía alguna extraña fruta, pero que me da mucha curiosidad porque nunca había fotografiado a un murciélago, y mucho menos alimentándose. Amo la naturaleza, pero me parecen superfeos. ¿Tú qué opinas?
