In It To Win It!
My most favorite way to ring in the New Year! Winning the NYD 5K!! Fast, flat, cold with cleats. This year, my only new potion is C60.
If C60 can do for my running (and cycling, climbing, swimming, lifting, Herculean efforts) what it has done for my wrinkles and eyesight—-hold on and stay tuned for a sub-19 minute 5k year. Who said middle age was boring?!
