A Sparrow Hawk right outside our window - Feathered Friends Friday
First post for me in Feathered Friends!
A couple of days ago, I was surprised to look out our living room window to see
this Sparrow Hawk perched on a small tree right outside.
Even though we live in a city, the buildings in this area form huge blocks with gardens
in the centre. There are a lot of birds around, as well as other small animals.
We have a surprising amount of wildlife around here. I'll post more of the lovely birds
living here.
