Britney Spears - Everytime (Cover by carminasalazarte)

Hello today I bring you this cover I made of Britney. As I can imagine I know that there are many who like this singer and many others who don't. Maybe you think it's strange that I do these covers since I have implied that my tastes about genres are different. You may think it's strange that I do these covers as I have implied that my taste in genres is different. However I answer that question with the fact that I can't deny the impact this singer has had on the music world and of course on me. That is why I have released a few covers of her.

Now this post has another focus and that is that this specific song is one of Britney's most touching songs. It's a call for help, for love. I really remember when I heard it a few years ago and looked up the lyrics, so sad and heartbreaking. At the time I didn't know it was a proclamation from the artist to the world and those close to her who have so cruelly destroyed her body and soul. Today I dedicate this song with the hashtag #freebritney. Because an artist is more than a product, more than a talent, she is a human being. The situation that this singer is currently living is unprecedented, sad and frustrating, with all her rights revoked and many duties to fulfil in order to reach banal expectations, regardless of whether you like this artist or not, I think we have to be aware of it, because she is not the first and will not be the last to be in such a situation. I hope that in the future she will reach her freedom and finally have those wings to be able to get out of this tragedy.
