Greetings, community, from Venezuela I share my music with you, with a little help from my friends @orlandobello on percussion, @sayury with the Venezuelan Cuatro and choirs and @hermaryrc and @elioe on the choirs.


This is a song that talks about the pylon. It was an object that our grandmothers used to crush corn grains to make the arepa dough. A hard and tedious job whose boredom was minimized by singing while doing it.

Esta es una canción que habla acerca del pilón. Era un objeto que usaban nuestras abuelas para aplastar los granos de maíz para poder hacer la masa de las arepas. Un trabajo duro y fastidioso cuyo aburrimiento se minimizaba cantando mientras se realizaba.
