Greetings to all beautiful community of Amazing Drink, I hope you are well, today I come to share with you a meringue that took me back to my childhood. 😊

I am a chocolate lover in almost all its forms, but I must eat it with caution, from time to time, the truth is that my husband went to the market today and brought me chocolate and my favorite cookie of all my life, a very traditional cookie here in Venezuela, which is made from coconut and its texture is soft and crunchy at the same time, at that moment I felt like a little girl again.

Normally that 140 grams chocolate lasts me a few days, since I eat it in small pieces and share it with my husband, but today was the exception to the rule, because while I was looking at my chocolate and my cookie I had the idea of making this merengada, only suitable for those with a sweet tooth.

And today, when I had that craving for chocolate and candy, I gave in to temptation and it was really worth it, because I enjoyed my delicious meringue like a little girl.

Ingredients:

• 80 Grams of Milk Chocolate.
• 1 cup of Almond Milk.
• 50 Grams of your favorite Cookie (mine was CoCo).
• 1 tablespoon of Sugar (optional).
• 1 dash of Vanilla.
• 1 pinch of Salt.

Preparation:

Very simple, we take our blender and put the Milk.

Now the chopped cookie.

The irresistible Chocolate.

Blend.

We are going to add the spoonful of sugar, I recommend you to try it first to see if you want to add the sweetener or not, add the pinch of salt, the vanilla, and blend again very well.

Ready, it is a delicious and creamy meringue.

Serve and enjoy, this is not every day!

Saludos a todos hermosa comunidad de Amazing Drink, espero se encuentren bién, hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes una merengada que me trasladó a mi infancia.😊

Soy una amante del chocolate en casi todas sus formas, pero debo comerlo con cautela, de vez en cuando, lo cierto es que mi esposo salió hoy al mercado y me trajo chocolate y mi galleta preferida de toda la vida, una galleta muy tradicional aquí en Venezuela, que esta hecha a base de coco y su textura es suave y crujiente a la vez, en ese momento me sentí de nuevo como una niña pequeña.

Normalmente ese chocolate de 140 gramos me dura unos cuantos dias, ya que lo como por pedacitos y lo comparto con mi esposo, pero hoy ha sido la excepción de la regla, ya que mientras veía mi chocolate y mi galleta se me ocurrió hacer esta merengada, solo apta para golosos.

Y hoy que estaba con esa ansiedad de comer chocolate y dulce caí en la tentación y realmente valió la pena, ya que disfruté como una niña mi deliciosa merengada.

Ingredientes:

• 80 Gramos de Chocolate con Leche.
• 1Taza de Leche de Almendras.
• 50 Gramos de tu Galleta preferida ( la mía era de CoCo).
• 1Cuchrada de Azucar( opcional).
• 1 Chorrito de Vainilla.
• 1 Pizca de Sal.

Preparación:

Muy sencillo, tomamos nuestra licuadora y ponemos la Leche.

Ahora la Galleta picadita.

El irresistible Chocolate.

Licuamos.

Vamos a poner la cucharada de Azucar, les recomiendo probar primero a ver si desean agregar o no el endulzante, ponemos la pizca de Sal, la Vainilla, y volvemos a licuar muy bien.

Listo!, queda una merengada deliciosa y cremosa.
