Visiting Acropolis, Athens, Greece
Here are some shots of the last time I was up on the Acropolis, all the way back to 2013.
Really need to visit again some time soon.
In case you are not familiar with it, the Acropolis is rocky area in the centre of Athens, Greece.
Parthenon is located on the hill and its a building of great historical significane.
Construction begun in 447 BC when the Athenians were at their peak as an empire. It is a temple, dedicated to the goddess Athena.
Athena, Athens, now it makes sense right?
Have you guys been there yet, or planning to go?
