We live by example and for this reason, here is my little kindness for the previous week, you can read through it and see how a little kindness can be of great help in spreading the good news of the spendhbd project and @thedistriator at large.

Steps to participate on the little kindness contest.

• 1, visit any listed business.

• 2, show a little kindness to anyone and tell the person you are paying with HBD and if need be, explain what the spendhbd project is all about.

• 3, You can make a video or take pictures with the person and tell him about the spendhbd project.

• 4, Make a report in form of blog post in the spendhbd community and tell us your experience.

• 5, Submit the link of your activities under the comment section of this contest post.

• 6, Use #spendhbd #distriator #threespeak #littlekindness

• 7, Reblog and vote (optional), but if done, it will be more appreciated
