Creative Time | Make a Sword from Origami Paper

Good morning friends diyhub@diyhub, This time I'm back to greet friends with the origami work that I made. I still can't believe that origami paper can be made into various shapes depending on our creativity.

Only need origami paper, this time I can't wait to share my tutorial Tiny Sword Origami.

A tiny sword that can be displayed together with a sheath that we can make just from origami paper.



Materials:

1 pcs origami paper

How ​​to Make:

  • Fold the origami paper in 2, then cut the paper.

  • Take 1 piece of origami paper, then fold the paper again.
    until it produces a line as shown in the picture

  • Then fold the ends of the paper into a triangle.

  • After that, fold the paper again and bring it together in the middle

  • until it looks like the picture.

  • ​​Then, turn the triangle part down and the folded part down and unfold the paper

  • then fold the paper but not until it covers the triangle part and turn the folded part back to the front.

  • Fold the middle part back up like the picture, and do it on the other side

  • ​​Fold the bottom part back up

  • Then fold it back up and the paper goes to the top as shown

  • ​​Turn and fold the paper back up

  • then fold the paper as shown and do it on the other side.

  • ​​The sword is done

After that we can move on to the sword sheath.

  • Take the remaining origami paper, then fold it to produce 4 lines on the paper.

  • ​​Then on the top side, fold it back to the middle of the paper and keep folding it until it becomes small at the top.

  • ​​put the sword that we made earlier, and measure how wide the side of the paper is needed.

  • ​​fold it again following the size of the sword.

then put it together using the small folds that we made earlier

  • ​​after the paper is finished being folded, the end that is not folded is triangular.

The sheath is ready, and the sword can go in.
