Uncle Acid and The Deadbeats es una banda de rock británico formada en el año 2009 en la ciudad de Cambridge, por Kevin Starrs. Tras sucesivos cambios, la alineación actual del grupo está compuesta por Vaughn Stokes, Jon Rice, Justin Smith y George Hudson. La banda toca géneros de rock psicodélico y el doom metal, inspirándose en el rock de las décadas de 1960 y 1970, un detalle que define su peculiar sonido, evocando la atmósfera sonora de esos años. Como curiosidad, el grupo recurre a instrumentos, equipos y técnicas de grabación desfasados para producir su trabajo musical, así como a tomar elementos de la cultura POP, el cine de terror y la estética psicodélica del siglo pasado.
