This work is three stories tall and depicts police in military gear on horseback facing off with the people.

At first, I thought the man with the cane was falling but I now see that he is on a stool and might be facing off with the people.

There is definitely a surveillance aspect to it with the satellite on the left beaming something to the forces and another one near the capital dome that seems to be sending electronic countermeasures into a group of ordinary people.

I took this picture some time ago. I captured over fifty images trying to get this three story work into frame the best I could.

I called this 'Controlling the People' when I pinned it in English. Here we see a June 2001 date under the title, probably having to do with the complete collapse of the banking system and theft of savings accounts held in banks. The title shown translates "Education - Slavery."

This country has had many problems in the past with military abuse of its people, water cannons, mass murder of people, and nobody to blame for it all. The two sides have separate and complete versions of history but neither is accepted by all.
