Mahi Mahi

I have done a lot of fishing throughout my life,  and in doing so it has given me an opportunity to try out countless varieties of fish.  

I have had lots of different fish like bass,  catfish,  bluegill,  trout,  snapper,  grouper,  snook,  salmon,  and more!  Out of all of the different types of fish that I have tried,  Mahi Mahi was definitely one of,  if not the favorite.  It is so tender and the meat is flaky.  It is extremely delicious!
