Did you know that button mushrooms,🍄🍄 portobello mushrooms, and white mushrooms are not different forms of mushrooms? In fact, they are just at different levels of maturity!
What's your favorite mushroom? I prefer the big portabello's as a burger or steak substitute. As a kid, mushrooms were the only vegetable I actually liked.
Mushrooms are full of protein, potassium, and other awesome nutrients - do your body good today and eat some mushrooms! I love a good Tetrazzini loaded with mushrooms, or in a chili or other soup, there are so many ways to enjoy mushrooms.
