It really is quite a paradox Justin Sun finds himself in. He issued a statement prior to HF23 which said he had nothing to do with it, it was all the work of "community" witnesses.
@TheMarkyMark destroys that statement here.
But if Justin Sun had no part in the fork, how's he going to claim the plan wasn't to send funds to Bittrex all along? How can he go to the police and claim he was hacked or had something stolen from him, if he wasn't supposed to have received the proceeds of HF23?
I really rather love this.
