Steak with Habanero Pepper

Hi Friends,

Steaks continue to be extremely pricey at the grocery store, but I couldn't wait any longer to have another one so I splurged. I normally pair my steaks with a jalapeno and onions, which I did this time as well, but I also added a habanero pepper... check it out:

Man, those habaneros are hot! I use a spicy steak seasoning, and adding the jalapenos and habanero took it to another level of heat.

My wife asks why I do this to myself - I don't really know, except that I like the pain and it enhances the experience of the steak. You don't feel that way? Must not be as crazy as I am...
