One of the most degrading things to our psyche is the people that we allow to influence us. It starts early on and most people develop a pattern of behavior that allows small minds and wimpy thinkers to influence them.

For a lot of us its a bully in school, maybe an older sibling or a grouchy teacher. We will have these experiences of people keeping us down, telling us we are no good, treating us like we are sub-par...We have no intention of allowing these individuals to impact us, but when our brains are growing early on in life, we have like supercharged hyped up learning/growing mode on...then these moments have incredibly detrimental impacts on our brains. Our brain channels get set early on in these patterns of learning that hinder us and keep us little...

These early experiences set our trajectory to consistently allow those same wimpy thinkers to influence us into our adulthood...you can find them at work, in your social circles and even in your family....

Your brains incredible and has the capacity to create new modes of thinking and destroy old patterns...it takes time but will be worth it...
