SEC , Crypto, & Law a paradigm shift
As each country decides what is and what isn't legal, the push to try & stop crypto by advertising / media with an "only thieves & crooks use BTC" message and via the FEC who want it on their terms or none. Given most "crooks" have used suitcases of FIAT cash for years it seems a strange marketing ploy.
But the FEC rules which were never designed for crypto are being spun to suit the bankers purposes.
Hopefully sense will prevail, the FEC write new modern rules in line with other countries such as Malta and the world can move ahead with this new technology.
Time will tell
