Dumbledore also diversifies
While rereading the seventh Harry Potter book recently, I came across a Dumbledore quotation that struck me. In the scene, he is speaking to Snape - what Harry observes later through Snape’s memories - and Snape asks why Dumbledore shares certain secrets only with Potter.
“I prefer not to put all my secrets in one basket.”

It reminded me that even Dumbledore practices a form of diversification, a principle that is just as crucial in the world of investing.
