Jodi O'Malley, RN talks about her experience of witnessing adverse reactions to COVID vaccination.
She also observed failure to report these adverse reactions on the part of the federal employees
(of whom she is one) at her hospital, Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
