Bodypaint bodybuilding work for physical therapy

Hello friends, greetings to all today I had a different day with a very spectacular visit from my nephew who has come from Minas Gerais Brazil, apart from paying me a visit he came to work with a physiotherapist friend who talked to me to do a makeup job with bodypaint of musculature, the purpose of this work was to record videos exposing the pain points in the back and how to treat them.

First we met in the room and they gave me an image of muscular anatomy, with the help of body paints and brushes I started to recreate the muscles of the back. They were delighted with the result and then started making recordings to post on their social networks where they have many followers. The physiotherapist is called Cesar Gomes and works in his city with bodybuilders, and people with any type of ailment, I really liked his explanation where he taught me how the muscles interact on a daily basis, how to maintain a good posture, how to perform movements without effort, and most importantly he taught me the treatments he applies as a physiotherapist to repair the areas and eliminate pain.

Once this work was done, I took some pictures, I can say that we had a lot of fun while we were doing this work.

So it was an excellent day, educational and full of fun.

Hola amigos, saludos a todos hoy he tenido un día diferente con una visita muy espectacular de mi sobrino que ha venido desde Minas Gerais Brasil, aparte de hacerme una visita ha venido a trabajar junto con un amigo fisioterapeuta que ha hablado conmigo para hacerle un trabajo de maquillaje con bodypaint de musculacion, la finalidad de este trabajo era grabar videos exponiendo los puntos de dolor en la espalda y como tratarlos.

Primero nos reunimos en la sala y me dieron una imagen de anatomía muscular, con la ayuda de pinturas corporales y pinceles empecé a recrear los músculos de la espalda. Quedaron encantados con el resultado y luego empezaron a hacer grabaciones para colocarlas en sus redes sociales donde tienen muchos seguidores. El fisioterapeuta se llama Cesar Gomes y trabaja en su ciudad con culturistas, y personas con cualquier tipo de dolencia, me gusto mucho su explicación donde me enseño como interactúan los músculos en el día a día, como mantener una buena postura, como realizar movimientos sin esfuerzo, y lo más importante me enseño los tratamientos que aplica como fisioterapeuta para reparar las zonas y eliminar el dolor.

Una vez realizado este trabajo, tomé algunas fotos, puedo decir que nos divertimos mucho mientras realizábamos este trabajo.

Así que fue un día excelente, educativo y lleno de diversión.
