Brechas salariales? (English subtitles)

Todos los días escucho un nuevo discurso sobre una brecha salarial y que los humanos masculinos ganan más que los humanos femeninos (gracias al Dios peluche soy genero Peluche) pero hasta lo que puedo conocer en mi entorno esa realidad no es un hecho verídico… incluso según lo que he visto, en algunos casos las ganancias son mayores para el genero femenino.

Obviamente esto varía según la región en donde vivas, pero lo que me da gracia es que algunas personas de mi entorno realmente se creen este discurso… pero quien soy yo para decirles que están mal? Quien soy yo para recordarles que una cita con una cardióloga cuesta 75$ y con un cardiólogo cuesta 50? Quien soy yo para decirle que todos los que se ven en el aseo tienen pito (no puedo saber si se sienten mujer así que mejor no ofender asumiendo su género)

Al final en la actualidad y en mi entorno gana más quien está dispuesto a trabajar por lo que desea y sin valerle el “¿qué dirán?”, sin importar que lleve entre las piernas (si tiene… porque si no tiene igual tienen algo pero no entre las piernas porque, pues porque no tiene piernas…) y si se preguntan porque llego la conversación del urólogo… carajo… mejor obvien esa parte… a Agapito no le gusta que le recuerden que su urólogo uso anillos para el examen…

Every day, I hear a new speech about a wage gap, with claims that male humans earn more than female humans (thank goodness I'm a Plush Gender). However, to the best of my knowledge in my environment, this reality is not a verified fact. In fact, in some cases, female earnings are higher.

Obviously, this varies depending on the region you live in, but what amuses me is that some people in my surroundings really believe this discourse. But who am I to tell them they are wrong? Who am I to remind them that an appointment with a female cardiologist costs $75, while with a male cardiologist, it costs $50? Who am I to tell them that everyone they see in sanitation has a "pito" (I can't assume their gender without possibly offending)?

Ultimately, in today's world and in my environment, those who are willing to work for what they desire, without caring about "what people will say," earn more. Gender doesn't matter (if they have one because if not, they still have something, just not between their legs). And if you wonder why we brought up the urologist's conversation... well, better ignore that part. Agapito doesn't like to be reminded that his urologist used rings during the exam.
