Fruiting Apricot Tree
My four year old apricot tree is finally producing a ton of fruit this year.
When harvesting is completed I will be making homemade apricot wine. One of the great benefits of using apricots for wine, is that it has a wild yeast on the skin that helps out with fermentation. The result should be a yellowish peachy color, that smells and taste very good.
