DailyPrompt: Fleet
Today I think about how life goes very fast. Moments come and go like small waves. This morning, I was at the grocery store and saw a bird in flight and smiled, but it was gone in a second. Sometimes I feel like my thoughts are the same – they come and go quickly. Writing helps me keep them for a little while. I have noticed that even small things can be very important if I pay attention. When I become aware of the present moment, my body changes, and if I was in a rush, I calm down quickly and feel good. That’s why I want to remember these moments and enjoy them while they last.
