Daily Prompt- Sweep

I stood with the broom in my hand, watching the sunlight dance across the wooden floor. Each sweep felt like more than a motion — it was a quiet ritual of release. With every stroke, I imagined brushing away not only the dust, but the old thoughts that no longer served me.
Sometimes, we need to sweep not just our homes, but our hearts — to make space for something new to settle in.
