A Glance That Stayed
Hello friends,
I am a romantic at heart man and I love writing romantic and love poetry.
This poem is part of my journey in writing romantic poetry. It is inspired by those magical feelings when a single glance can awaken something deep in the heart.
A Glance That Stayed
I saw you once, yet time stood still,
a fleeting spark, a gentle thrill.
The world was loud, but I could hear
your silent voice drawing me near.
Your eyes became my secret skies,
a quiet truth that never lies.
One simple glance, a tender start,
and whispers bloomed inside my heart.
Now every step, each breath I take,
reminds me of the dream you make.
For love was born, so soft, so true,
the day my soul first noticed you.
Thank you for taking the time to read my poem. I would love to hear how a simple glance has inspired you or touched your heart. Feel free to share your thoughts and feelings in the comments.
