Leftovers
I made room in the fridge tonight by cooking some leftovers. Started with ground bison-bacon meat that I cooked on cast iron to give it a nice crust, then melted some cheese on it before finished. Those got tossed into a bowl and sprinkled with truff hot sauce. Some cubed up avocado with salt and tajin, and voila! Dinner is served.
