Ever Eat a Flower?

I've been known to try anything. Twice. The first time around is for the experience, the second for the adventure. Which is why I at a purple orchid flower with my salad today. The flavor balance was wonderful, especially with a respberry vinagrette dressing. And the orchid? A crunchy texter with nice flavor. I'm going on the record that it tasted...purple.
