POKE KINDER from POKETINHO
Good morning friends!!
Today I'll bring you the POKETINHO to my place but unlike the other videos we won't be in the kitchen but in the front of the place or where our customers are welcomed and served.
To play Cicerone there is Sara, a collaborator of mine, of whom I have the utmost trust and esteem, a very young girl but who in a short time conquered the Hall and became its owner... or almost :).
Today we are preparing a Poke in the smaller version of what we call kinder.
We will make one of the most classic dishes they ask for, namely the one that goes for the most and is composed for
- 100 grams of sushi rice
- 50 grams of raw salmon
- 50 grams of edamame
- 50 grams of avocado
- Teriyaki sauce just enough
- And fried onion as if it were raining.
The preparation of these ingredients is easy and fast and the only thing that takes time is to clean and cut the salmon but now we have become experts by consuming almost 3 kg of this delicious fish every day.
Rice is the sushi one, the most loaded with starch ever, for this hyena washed until the water becomes cloudy of starch to crystalline and once cooked it is mixed with rice vinegar that gives it a boost of flavour and flavour.
The edamame are cooked in water and as soon as it is boiling they are drained while the avocado, as seen in the video, is freshly prepared to prevent it from blackening.
Sauce to taste, teriyaki is the sweetest sister of soy, it is also called sweet and sour sauce and is the most requested sauce, perfect for every type of ingredient.
To finish, sprinkle with fried onion that just looking at it makes your mouth water and enjoy your meal!
This is the kinder version, we are about 250 grams of food, while the average is around 400/450 and the super, for strong stomachs, is around 700/750 grams and soon we will show you other tasty and colourful pokes! ;)
