Walking down the beach.
Finding a spot in the sand.
Away from most visitors.
Laying down.
Listening to the waves crashing
Looking at far out fishing boats.
Eating my lunch perfect for me. Sushi and apple pie.
Journaling and gaining insight.
I can feel the sun roasting my skin and know it is time to leave.
