Witches and Warlocks

Can you imagine being so insecure in yourself and your friends, that you need to attack others, based on here-say and innuendo? Using irrational fears, to drum up hatred, just to feel better about your selves? the City of Salem MA, recently erected a monument to the victims of this horrific period in our nation's history. These memorial markers denote the date and time that many of the 19 victims found guilty, 14 women and 5 men, were persecuted. One other man, Giles Corey (memorial pictured above), was pressed to death for refusing to plead, and at least five people died in jail.
