September Is For Peppers!

Picking A Peck of Peppers, Perhaps!
Early September, and I find myself picking peppers, peppers and more peppers. Bell Peppers, Sweet Banana Peppers, Habanada (all the flavor and very little heat of Habanero Peppers!), and Lemon Aji Pepper (spiciest thing I grow!)

Irony of ironies... I don't eat much pepper. I grow TONS, but not a big fan. I will eat baked stuffed bell pepper, and will use my peppers in my salsas. I also dehydrate them and use some for flavor, while cooking some sauces and more.
